Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 2026
QuickInvoice is made by BryteLabs (“we”). This policy explains what happens to your information when you use the QuickInvoice app.
Your data stays on your iPhone
The business details, clients, invoices, estimates, expenses, receipt photos and signature you enter are stored on your device. They’re included in your own iPhone backups (iCloud or computer) if you have backups turned on. We don’t receive, store or have access to them.
Sign in with Apple
If you sign in with Apple, Apple gives the app an identifier and, the first time, your name and email address (or a private relay address if you choose Hide My Email). These are kept in your iPhone’s Keychain and used only to show who’s signed in. They aren’t sent to us.
Receipt scanning
Receipt scanning happens on your device using Apple’s Vision framework. Images aren’t uploaded.
Sending invoices
When you send an invoice, you use your iPhone’s Mail, Messages, WhatsApp or share options. Those messages go directly from you to your client. We don’t receive copies.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions are sold and managed by Apple. We don’t receive your payment details. Apple tells the app on your device whether a plan is active.
No tracking
QuickInvoice has no advertising, analytics or tracking, and doesn’t share data with data brokers.
Deleting your data
Settings › Account › Delete account erases everything QuickInvoice stored on your iPhone. Deleting the app also removes its data. To stop using Sign in with Apple with QuickInvoice, open the iPhone Settings app › your name › Sign-In & Security › Sign in with Apple.
Children
QuickInvoice is a business app and isn’t directed at children under 13.
Changes
If we change how QuickInvoice handles data, for example by adding online payments, we’ll update this policy and the date above before the change reaches the app.
