Terms of Use
Last updated: November 2026
1. Agreement
These terms apply to your use of QuickInvoice, made by BryteLabs. Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
2. Free use and plans
You can create 2 invoices free. After that, a subscription is needed: Essentials (3 invoices a month), Plus (10 a month, plus photos, signatures and reminder nudges) or Premium (unlimited invoices and reports export), billed monthly or yearly.
3. Free trial
Each plan starts with a 2-week free trial for new subscribers. If you don’t cancel at least 24 hours before it ends, the subscription starts and you’re charged.
4. Billing and renewal
Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in the iPhone Settings app › your name › Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple.
5. Your content
You own the invoices and data you create. You’re responsible for their accuracy and for complying with tax and invoicing rules where you do business. QuickInvoice doesn’t give tax or legal advice.
6. Acceptable use
Don’t use QuickInvoice for fraud or illegal billing.
7. No warranty or liability
QuickInvoice is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, BryteLabs isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost data. Keep your own backups (Settings › Export all data).
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version.
